You can request hand history's via the mobile client and they will be emailed to you. However, they are capped at 200 hands so for example if you average 100 hph you will need to request every two hours.alternatively, email support periodically with the request and the hand limit won't then apply(eg at the end of each day).

I am a canadian living in Germany, can I use the app with a canadian credit card (have german bank account tho)? Is it easy to 4 table (dont have tablet yet)? Probably dumb question but can is HEM available? Where can find the details i need to make a decision to buy an ipad or not?

Im from the UK. And my Stars account and itunes are registered there. I am currently in Sydney and was able to use the app till I informed Stars support I was in Aus. Since then the app gives me an error saying it isnt available in my region. Schoolboy error, but oh well.

I am a jamaican living in zimbabwe, can i use the app?

Thanks for the continued support while we work to improve our mobile products. Everyone in the Mobile team enjoys reading this thread. So keep the comments, criticisms and suggestions coming.

Some responses:

I recently wrote that "this is being worked on" (and it is), but there is a *work-around* available for many iOS devices - as Andy in my team has pointed out.

This can be achieved by turning the sound 'off' in the mobile poker game client under the 'More' menu. Once that check box is not ticked, you can start your music and it *should* continue to play when you continue your game. As this is a temporary solution until we have created supporting functionality in the App, we can't support this if it doesn't work on your device.

In an upcoming version of the App, you will be able to actually have that check box ticked and music will play while in-App sounds still function - in response to rckyu's actual question. Though there is no ETA for when that will be released.

Agreed that this requires improvement, and it is being worked on.

Just used the App on my iPhone (in Australia) for the first time - really good experience (tad small, but I'll get used to it - will try the iPad later).

I haven't read the entire thread, so apologies if this has been brought up before, but I'd love to have the pre-flop raise, pot % bet buttons that I have configured in my desktop client. Particularly with the mobile version, as to do a non-standard raise takes a bit of time. (I did look through all the settings, so apologies if it's already there - in which case, please point me in that direction.)

Also, have you thought about a way to authorise specific mobile devices to play on one's account? I have a SecurID which sits at my desktop, I'd prefer not to carry it around all the time.

+1 for the pot % bet buttons.
They can easily be put where the big chat box is. The chat box is a huge waste of mobile space. Just replace the chatbox with pot % buttons and a small button labled chat that pops out the chatbox
I doubt many ppl use chat on their mobiles while playing anyway.

888 pokers mobile client has got it right with the pot% buttons and a small button to pop out chat.
Space is at premium on mobile devices so no use wasting it on a big chatbox.
