wondering if anyone can help. Ive requested my last 100 hands from PS that I played on my IPAD. I know have these, is there a way I can now get this data onto my HM2 data base??

Copy and paste them into a .txt file. Import into hm like any other hand history.

Once I've copied and pasted them do I have to save them, if so would that be to the same file my current HH are saved to. Once this is done will this then automatically show up on my HM2 ie in my sessions section?

Paste into. .txt file. Save the file (I usually just put it onto my desktop) then goto holdem manager and manually import it. Then it will show up in your records like any other hand history.


Can't remember specifically how to manually import as I switched to Poker tracker a while back but you can definitely do it.

As for ZOOM for Mobile, this is something we are working on. It's going to be very, very cool.

Since the last update stars tv on iPhone no longer works, app crashes while launching

My iPad is ready and waiting! It will be very cool. I love the app so far (especially now the cards are bigger.

Are there any plans for the simplified deck theme to come to the mobile version?

I'm not residing in the UK, but I do have a UK itunes store account which allows me to download the pokerstars mobile client to my ipod. Is it ok with pokerstars if I use this from outside the UK?

EDIT: NVM, tried logging on and it says I can't access it from my country.

We have identified the problem with the TV App and resolved it. An updated version will be released by the end of next week, if not sooner.

Thanks for the positive feedback! As for your question about customizable themes, you are unlikely to see that until the end of this year (if not later). It's on our list, but not a priority for now.

That should not happen. I have passed your comment on to the team and they will try to replicate the bug and fix it. I haven't heard of this issue before. If it's still happening to you (or others), please let us know.

This is most-likely not a problem with the mobile poker game client. Please email support@pokerstars.com for some assistance, if it hasn't been resolved yet.

This is good feedback, which I have also passed on to the team. FYI that we are adding additional configuration options to upcoming releases (i.e. the 'Discuss a Deal' option that currently exists in the desktop poker game client) and planning various other desktop features that are clearly also required for mobile.

Is there any plans to make the mobile software work locally over wifi or bluetooth so that we can use it to play in live home games?

If so, I believe it would be a very sweet feature and would be worth if for Stars since I don't think there is software like that ( at least that is free ). Many people would try the mobile client out in that case who did not actually plan to play online poker because somebody suggested it at a home game. Stars could acquire some new players this way.

If this idea is in development then at least let all the other countries where the full version is still pending legal roadblocks or what not the option of downloading a local only wifi/bluetooth client
