Just implement it whole hog and call it "Rush Poker by PokerStars". Who's gonna enforce the patent now? Lederer and Jesus are hiding out in a cave somewhere.

So Pokerstars is developing it themselves?? Or are they licensing the TerminalPoker product like a certain medium sized Italian site did?

Or at this rate (in all seriousness), they could probably buy the RushPoker platform off the FTP/DOJ for less than it would cost to develop in house.

In the pokerstars directory. Just do a search for "blitz" on your pokerstars folder. All that is in it at moment is half a pic!

I think if Stars are seriously considering this, they should do it before Full Tilt reopens. Players are going to move funds back over to FT as soon as it opens to play rush. If stars can get in their first, then if it takes off, they wont need to move to FT. or BTP whatever its called (bernard tapie poker - sounds like a tin of rice)
