The $600 welcome bonus was always a 17x multiplier, $10 released per 170 vpps. ~32.3% rakeback. 6 months to clear, after each of up to 3 qualifying deposits

Now it's 20x multiplier, 27.5% rakeback, the 6 months now 4

The potential leak in first deposit bonuses is existing players who create new accounts to get the bonuses. The more restrictive playout terms are probably there to make that scam less enticing to them.

What we don't know is, were these terms cooked up under the previous owners or the new ones?

To the people of Amaya, prior to buying Pstars you also had poker rooms... and none of them gained any real market share. So please don't push the people at Pokerstars to change what has been a proven method of success.

Running bs re-entry satellites on Stars has been done before... look at Full Tilt. Upon re-entry into the market they went from #2 to #7 in terms of traffic.
Taking an exta 5fpp from the lowest level players is not going to get you out of this debt nor is lowering the deposit bonus.

I've said in the past that I could provide you guys a strategy that would increase volume by 15% in the Asian market. Due to recent developments I can safely raise that number to 20%. Yet the people you currently have in place don't want to even hear it for fear they'd be out of a job for not spotting this opportunity themselves.

FTP was always 120 days to clear but is now 60. Still 40% rakeback equivalent though

So change was about 16 months ago.

This goes back to at least December 2013 i havent bothered to go back further and see when exactly this change was made.

No, it's been so since August 28, 2013 or around that. I had that bonus under the new conditions myself when I signed up in September. But the Google cache showed me then that the multiplier had been 17x in late August 2013, so I think the change in the bonus conditions coincided with the introduction of the 2013 WCOOP reload bonus.

PokerStars can you just hire Sect7g already? He's usually right about everything.
