My account is frozen for 12 days already, and I got no response from the
suport@starsaccount.eu.
They claimed that I should write explanations about three accounts that I have a supposedly "association" with and asked me to send my ID.
I wrote all the explanations and sent my ID, 12 days ago, but still got no response.
I had to try to talk to them on Twitter, and the people there are pretty attentive, but not helpful, since they not work directly with the Security Support.
This is not what I was expecting from a serious site, that I've been playing for the last 9 years.
I had active rakeback challenges and I'm off grind for almost half a month.
