There is the 70$ satellite to the 700$ satellite. Starts at 12:40 April 5

There is the 11$ satellite to the 70$. Starts at 11:45 April 5

There is the 11$ satellite to the 700$. Starts at 12:50 April 5

Now surely the presatellites are crap shoots with 3 or 5 minute blind levels, but even then this doesnt seem possible to me ? How can you start a satelite at 12:50 for a tournament at 13:05 ?

Also, i can choose either of the 11$ sats. If i happen to win the crapshoot, can i then change the 70$ or 700$ to T$ by unregistering or will that simply return me the ticket ? Or is that the whole reason they timed it like this, so that it will be late registration with no time to unregister ?

Yes, it's designed to make you play the target events, otherwise the money could leave the economy before the final stage of the final event and that would (By PS standards) be a shame.

Well free money is not free money when it requires you to deposit and that is the reason why you deposit.

Not that i feel entitled to have the ability to cash it out, but i do feel entitled to play the complete tournament if i qualify for it and not be rolling in an hour late.

Mostly though, i was just wondering what is really the philosophy behind it. Cant they make it so that you do have proper time and the tickets you win cant be exchanged for T$ ?
