Can't login with macOs since Wednesday evening when an update came out. Removal with App cleaner and re-install did not help. Client fails to initialize. Support doesn't have a solution

I'm having the same problem. It was working fine just two days ago, now it just says "Client program has failed to initialize" every time I try to open the software. I've re-installed it and restarted my computer a few times, but that hasn't done anything.

I'm still waiting for PokerStars support to get back to me.

Unable to register to an MTT that was supposed to start 20 minutes ago...got a message about many registrations ahead of me and to wait.

Edit: Tournament canceled.

I'm guessing the latest update didn't go well.

All the sit and go satellites for the Sunday Storm are gone. Is this deliberate, or did somebody simply forgot to turn them on after the events that took place in the last two Sundays?

It is second day in a row I have some lags and network connection problem every couple minutes, that can often result in sit out. Does anybody have similar problem? Internet connection very good, other sites, www works very good. Tried switching off HM3, other apps, nothing helped so far

I had like 10 emails with support trying many reasonable and unreasonable fixes. Eventually it kinda got better and now its playable - just aurora not working smoothly. But luckily no more lags/disconnections. To be honest as an ex-IT specialist, I think it was/is either on their side or I had some files corrupted. So I suggest to to do full reinstall of the client. Especially if you tried to avoid aurora with some PokerLegacy tricks.

Anyone else out there having trouble connecting to pokerstars? Tried my laptop on my home network and cant connect to server. Tried my mobile app on 4g same. Funny thing is I am able to log into my account on the webiste so I know they arent down completely...
