pokerstars does not respond to emails

Helli Guys. I january Pokerstars froze my account. The reason was that I played with my brother's account in the past. my punishment was that my account would remain frozen unitl may 4. And now my account is still frozen and i have sent every day them emails and they doesnt respond to me at all.
Has anyone been in the same situation? I dont understand why they does not respond to me.

If an online poker site doesn't give you the customer service that you want, you might just be better off playing at a different site.
