If you will contact them and tell this,they wont admit it.You can record your screen while you do that and see that sometimes it's very good(100%) and sometimes it's POOR(60%).These has nothing to do with your internet connection.I have a constant lag between 16.30 to 23.30 EET every day since 2-3 weeks ago
It's not lag that I have. As soon as I'm logged in, Stars crashes.
