Pokerstars crashes automatically after I log in and put my security code. I am able to open Stars (without being logged in) and use the software (watch tables and stuff). When I log in the window for the security code pops-up. When I fill in my code I am logged in and stars immediately crashes and closes.

When I go to the website of Betstars I am able to log in with my log in + security code. So that works. I reinstalled PokerStars multiple times without succes. Today I did a full factory reset (was time for that) and the first thing I did was installing Stars. Still the problem was there. I e-mailed Stars today. The problem is there for months now...

Anybody familiar with this problem and thoughts on how to solve it?

Go to Help-Show network status-Advanced..Trace the first IP and you will see that they have every now and then POOR connection(lost packages for about 60%)
If you will contact them and tell this,they wont admit it.You can record your screen while you do that and see that sometimes it's very good(100%) and sometimes it's POOR(60%).These has nothing to do with your internet connection.I have a constant lag between 16.30 to 23.30 EET every day since 2-3 weeks ago

It's not lag that I have. As soon as I'm logged in, Stars crashes.
