Now he is calling 2+2 a bunch of scammers on another forum somewhere. Or that 2+2 is in cahoots with pokerstars to support their scams.

I actually didn't do any of those things. But I completely agree with the decision to change the thread title, because the old one was ridiculous. All Stars is guilty of to this point is poor communication, which unfortunately, is pretty standard these days. What we haven't seen a trend of, at any time in their history, is stealing people's money. As I said before, if the story is exactly as you've told, I expect you'll get your money eventually.

It's well known that Stars has cut way back on their customer service staffing, so response time has increased dramatically. I'm sure Covid hasn't helped. I'm not excusing any of that, but whether we like it or not, it's reality. Sending daily emails is just adding to the problem, and it's not helping you.

I know it sucks, but your best course of action at this point is to wait patiently. I wouldn't stop emailing them, but daily seems a little excessive.

That's my point... They have my money, and are holding on to it, likely earning something from it even if it's only 1% (likely more).

I just want my money back, it's been over a week.

It's pathetic that they can take it so easily, especially when they instantly freeze the account, but they can't pay it back? Isn't it funny how they can instantly freeze my account, but they let the deposit go through first. If you don't think that's shady, I'm afraid you're a little deficient upstairs.

P.S. Tried phoning the Toronto head office multiple days now, guess what? Office manager phone is busy every time (phone just set not to receive calls, 100% sure on that). Mailbox is full! They just a crooked mafia, robbing the public. Embarrassing and they should be publicly shamed.

That part of your previous post is why you are losing credibility here. Is that comment necessary?

It has been stated here by many of the people who have tried to help you that if the story you originally told is accurate then you will likely get your money back.

It will take a while to sort out the mess which you got yourself into by trying to circumvent the responsible gaming rules which were applied to help gamers take control of their situation.

There is a big delay with customer service across all sites because of covid-19. And what is shady about it locking you out when you complete a deposit? Are you aware of what is used to verify your ID in the first place? That is what likely triggered the red flag. That stuff is all done by computer.

It could take a while but if you want it sorted it would be wise to drop an e-mail to stars support every week or more instead of debating the issue with us folk who have no power to resolve it.

I really hope you get it sorted soon.

No, that wasn't your point. No one calls a site corrupt and carries on like this over 50 cents in lost interest. You've been telling us they're out to steal your money.

10 days nothing from Jokerstars. Posted on social media, but I know it wont do anything. They don't care, they are a legalized mafia. I see a lot of people are having issues on social media though.

I think these crooks have grown to such a size they'll make money no matter what. Too bad really, they deserve hell for what they do to people. It's outright theft, and it looks like it's happening to a lot of people.

You can still only blame yourself. Opening 2nd account after asking for permaban is against the tos and now you are paying for it. They are not crooks or mafia only person who broke the rules is you. You can cry all you want but it wont make your situation solving any faster.

well criminal things is reported to the police, so feel free to take that route.

And as you asked in your post about reporting it to GA, then why haven't you done that then?

Pretty sure in the Terms and Conditions there is a clause that states if you attempt to circumvent a ban, being a self exclusion ban or otherwise, they have the right to confiscate any funds you put on the site. You should have thought to email support beforehand asking to have your self exclusion ban lifted before depositing money. It's really nobody's fault but your own.
