I actually didn't do any of those things. But I completely agree with the decision to change the thread title, because the old one was ridiculous. All Stars is guilty of to this point is poor communication, which unfortunately, is pretty standard these days. What we haven't seen a trend of, at any time in their history, is stealing people's money. As I said before, if the story is exactly as you've told, I expect you'll get your money eventually.

It's well known that Stars has cut way back on their customer service staffing, so response time has increased dramatically. I'm sure Covid hasn't helped. I'm not excusing any of that, but whether we like it or not, it's reality. Sending daily emails is just adding to the problem, and it's not helping you.
I know it sucks, but your best course of action at this point is to wait patiently. I wouldn't stop emailing them, but daily seems a little excessive.
