I was 9 tabling and I had to maximize one of the tables to actually see the message - because at the size the tables were the only thing I noticed is that the chat box on all were blank. But when I maximized it I had my other tables popping through left and right so I was just like WTF is this.. let me get this off of here.

Then I thought "uh oh that might not have been good, damn I wish I woulda got a screen shot", and decided to quit the session and email stars.

A screen shot would've been awesome though if that really was bot detection. You should have seen my face.. I did a double-take like, WTF? , does that say Gayness?

You perhaps did not emphasize that it was the choice of the word itself that you found a bit strange. Post the e-mail you sent to them to confirm whether your ability to communicate was perhaps lacking or if it was their reading comprehension that completely sucked.

BigErf - Your e-mail to them proves my point exactly. You are asking them what the whole captcha thing is about (that's what the little squiggly-line typey thing is called) and they answered your question. You gave no indication at all that you were specifically asking about the word itself being an unusual choice for this.

It's obvious you weren't aware that these captcha tests are regularly done on Stars so they gave you the standard answer for that question that they get over and over again from players who are confused the first time they get this.

I am somewhat familiar just through different things I've read on here. But, I thought it would be pretty obvious (to them) when I emphasized the word "Gayness" that something was a little strange. After reading what I originally wrote to them I can see how my point wasn't crystal clear - however I doubt the guy who responded didn't get a little chuckle himself, and just didn't want to go into the "word".

I clicked a button that said 'download UB software' and I got a pop-up that said 'ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY SURE?'

I was asked to do this once. I was in 4 SIT AND GO's at the same time.

I found out why they asked when I pressed call for MODERATOR. The first MODerator told me to write them a letter.

I continued to ask for assistance. Then A moderator told me that they could not help and I must send e-mail. ALSO SOME one at the table I was at complained about me asking and the moderator told them they could BLOCK OUT MY CHAT.



THey told me it was to detect computer programs. IN AN EMAIL they sent me.

I do not remember the word so IT WAS not most likely offensive.
