Pokerstars ante problem? [Locked, as user was mistaken] - Page 2 - Internet Poker

This is exactly the problem I'm facing/reporting. It seems there's no way to avoid being charged that extra ante every single time we leave a table, and it doesn't seem to care how many hands or how much time we have played. Every time I decide to end the session for the day (checking the 'sit out next hand' box or just closing the table), the outcome is the same: I'm not in the table anymore but the software is always taking an ante for me for the next hand to be played in that table, I can see it throught the cashier.

So for example if I'm playing 4 tables and I decide to stop playing and go to do something else you're forcing me to pay 4 BB to leave. How on Earth it can be fair? Every player end his session the sooner or the later, so every player is being forced to pay to leave. That's not the right way to punish bumhunting. I'm just leaving, I'm done, I don't have to pay for that.

I hope I'd been clear enough. Would you mind to be more explanatory? Thank you.

Also, to avoid further confusion title should say something like "...charges an extra ante after leaving the table".

this thread is very confusing/ hard to get through.

i know with 6+ it was always beneficial (i thought) to leave the table and sit again rather than sit back in (i have tried this and u post a blind aswell as an ante)

but i never heard they actually took $ from your account for missing and hand and not putting it into the pot aswell (strange i know)

i think that if this is the case its some kind of bug and not implemented on purpose (even tho the email they sent implied that the first time)

looks as if they have sent another email apologising to op and sending him some $ as a good will gesture, wonder if this has happened to alot of players

Yeah, it is, I'm sorry. I was wrong, the site is right. It was a honest misunderstand from my side as is usual to happen with new games. My apologies to whom it may concern.

I posted here due to my disconform with the first support replies/my laziness, just wanting to know what do you know or think about it, not looking for fights or harm any reputation.
