Same situation, it's been 5 days since 1st email. Reached out on social media too... I'd think they'd want people playing on their site, pretty ridiculous.

Dude, I’ve had the exact same problem. Cliff notes:

RSA token expired June 30th
On July 1, I request a temporary password sheet
July 3, I’m asked to answer a bunch of security questions, I reply with 5 minutes
July 6, I’m given a temporary password
July 12, I attempt to login, it requires the rsa code, i realize all they did was reset the password, i send an e-mail
Today, July 15th, I’m pulling my hair out

I sent e-mails nearly every day when I was waiting for a response. It seems like I’ve worked with a half dozen different customer support employees. There appears to be little to no communication between departments.

I remember the many years of PS support where they were second to none, in the entire world imo.

Remember the spider e-mail exchange?
Remember the annual parties hosted by PS?
The tickets to sporting events?
The amazing rakeback?

They’re absolutely atrocious right now and as a result, I’ve downloaded a second poker software for the first time in my 12 year career (long overdue, I’m sure).

If a Stars rep reads this - grow a pair of balls and escalate this to your superiors.

Update:

I woke up today to an e-mail with a new pin #. I assume this will allow me to log into my account but who the **** knows.

This was the final straw for me and I’ll be making the transition elsewhere.

same story for me. Token expired, lost the sheet. No responce from support for 2 weeks. Guys if someone manage to solve the problem, post here pls!

Looks like they are atleast having conversation with you, 17days no response at all here.

it was resolved this morning, I guess social media is the way to go to make things go faster

They resolved it for me in 4 days after I twitted PS. Switched off my expired token and assigned PS pin-code instead
