Hello. Im hoping this post can lead to contact with Stars.

I have had no issues with them in the past, but 2 months ago they froze my account. I wrote an email to support asking why they did it, and they replied within two days that it was a mistake and the account was reopened straight away.

Like 20 days ago it happened again! I had not been playing the site in the period between these two dates. I wrote support again, 18 days ago, but still havent gotten a reply. I sent two more emails like 4 and 2 days ago, but it resulted in nothing.

Any advice on how to make contact when emails doesnt work?

Twitter is probably your best shot (@StarsSupport). They'll need to know your username & they should then find your emails & proceed accordingly. Have they not even requested verification documents when they froze your account? (that was the case for me)

Imo they don't reply to emails anymore you need to use the websites form to contact them. Or twitter dm obv.

Thanks guys. No, no documents requested or anything. The first time it happened they said it was a glitch, obv wondering if its the same thing once again. I tried messaging them on FB as I dont use Twitter. Lets see if that gets me a reply!

This is resolved. Got reply and account reinstated straight away like last time after reaching out through Facebook pm. Good advice if others encounter the same issue.

Recently received emails will be sent manually within 72 hours.

Nothing was solved even after 30 days.

This problem is 10 months old.
