Anyone here has managed to get their account running after the misterious wave of accounts getting frozen?

Going on two months, sent probably about 25 e-mails without any response.

Ive had the account for 5 years, microstakes recreational. Account verified and made deosits and withdrawals without any problems.

Contact them on Twitter or Facebook... You'll definitely get a response much quicker, especially considering you've already been waiting for 2 months..

Wonder why stars understaffed support is backlogged hard.

I find that email number 26 normally does the trick.

Not me..I had a 10 year account, also verified and no issues with deposit or withdrawal and 2 months ago I got frozen which led to permanent closure on account of being aggressive in communication ..at least they gave me back my money and I wish them a fast, long way down..

Looks like PS is become very unprofessional and can't handle with tilted people.
Does the new PS owner ever think how they got this big?! No way I'm going back to PS when they behave like this.
You used to get an answer in one to two hours. Now it's one to two months. Better give your employees a part of PS again. Otherwise it's the down fall of PS. The new owner is pretty stingy and stupid! The good thing is that other sites can grow. (If they act smart) Like Unibet does.

Back in December I had my account frozen for three weeks without even receiving an e mail on why it is frozen..after half a year I had it frozen again for the same reason and when I got angry about it they closed it permanently and automatically sent me back my funds without telling me why..

I honestly hope other providers grow but from personal experience they have even more serious problems than PS (botrings, no licences, no huds, no HH available, withdrawal issues, soft issues etc.) ..thats why PS acts like this they know they are the best evil site..

For me it's no problem to play without a hud or handhistory... It's only a distraction. I play HU only. Unibet has no soft or withdrawal issues. It's even better than PS or Party poker. With Unibet you can only join one table and PLAY and not stalling and wait for fish.

I hear u bro and I understand what ur saying..but besides the fun I also play for the money..and if u want to make some money u need an edge..at least knowing ur opponents by name..on Unibet I understand u can change ur username daily which I find absolutely hilarious and making poker a game of luck only..u cannot play poker if u dont know ur opponent it is a waste of time and money and this is exactly where online poker is heading..

You might try to get a job and stop complaining about this.Go to school and make something for you future.You put this whinning into every pokerstars related thread.They dont want you,get over it.It happen to a lot of players and sure it will happen to many others in the future,but just get over it.
You can take a broken glass from the floor and try to fix it,but it will never be as good as new,or you can just leave it and move on.

For OP: I am waiting for more than 3 months now and i am guessing i have to wait a little bit more,until i will probably forget.So rest assure,you'll probably get an answear in september,because WCOOP will start then and the customer service will be back on track.GL

Now honestly how empty should ur daily life be to just relentlessly reply to topics that dont concern u and to which u bring nothing for the community..

After my experience with PS I decided to take every opportunity on every social media channel to harass them, make public my story, let other people know how they operate and also just recently filed complaints over my account closure with the MGA and my local gambling authority as they literally had no grounds to do this..

Now if more and more people do these things trust me things have a chance to change in good for the community..

Besides that I have mentioned already that in my country there are only 3 regulated operators thats why I complain so much if I had other options it wouldnt be such a big deal..

What u do though has 0 benefits for the poker community and if u accept so easy to get nailed by these poker providers well I dont and no one should because then they will only do what they want..

Stars has every right to choose their customers. Just like evey other business. Feels weird you don't know this when you have a masters degree in law.

Well for me it feels weird how most people believe a public business can choose customers at their own will..it is against most civil laws from most democratic countries and it is called discrimination.. reason for which I ve also filed a complaint about it..

In order for them to choose customers this needs to be mentioned in their terms..which is not because it is illegal..they only have articles which u break they have a reason to close ur account and they have forwarded me that apparently I broke the article saying not to be abusive in chat..which I wasnt I even have chat turned off..they meant I was abusive to them maybe calling them incompetents but that is just reality not being abusive

And for the previous poster I replied just because it is like the 5th time he/she replies with nonsense and in a bad way to my posts but I ll just ignore from now on..

I did, and surprisingly got a response. Told me that everytime I send a new email, it gets sent to the back of the queue, so to not send more emails...
Tried and failed...

I did manage to get a direct reponse via private message from a rep here. It seems they have a huge backlog and there is nothing to do besides wait...

Hahaha..like a master degree in Romania means that much.I know people with master degree that work on McDonalds or attendants in a casino,so yeah,it means that much.
OP asked for help and you insisted with your story,as you mentioned it in some other threads.You're just to desperate into pokerstars...like i said,move on and live your life.If you would have read the gambling law(legea jocurilor de noroc) applied by ONJN you would have know that you're entitled to nothing.Any operator decide with who they do business with as long as they dont allow money laundry and they pay back withing 3 days and so on.
You mentioned you are a lawyer and in the same time,you said money from stars was very good for you,but at least the most stupid attorney in Romania can make at least 700RON just for filling a complaint.
Keep harassing them as they can ban you on every poker operator or casino room,because it is also stated by the same law.
My advice for you stands as before.If i were in your shoes,i would have walked away and never look back.
But since i know you wont let go,i bet a lot that in the next future months or in the next pokerstars related threads you will continue with the same story,as "look how they threated me" just like they have some sort of obligations when it comes to you.You are just like "that customer" that walks into a casino,loses his money,starting to rant about how the casino robbed him,they evacuate him,they put him on black list and look how the casino threated him.It's the same story here.

But at least I got the account back.
