Don't be mad at stars , be mad at your relative and whatever he did to make stars ban him in the first place. Your cause probably isn't helped by the original chip dumping either.
i m not mad at stars. and stilll how can stars some one else is using someone else account!! at that point they can ban anybody anytime. what can happen in future probability of that is infinty. so if i work for stars i can ban ur id today coz ur friend may log in thourgh ur id tomorrow?? ya its ok if they have any evidence of using my account by someone else.
i m not mad at anybody and pokerstars can do anything for their security purpose. i think their decision was not fair for me.. cause if my relative want to use any other id he can do someone else too. i wanted a good suggesion which may lead me to get a fair decision

There's a huge difference between them accusing random accounts, and them accusing you because you've chip dumped and played from the same IP as a banned account.

It's not like they just randomly decided "**** this guy", they looked at your history and it's shady as hell, so they cut you off.

I am very confident this wouldn't happen (if I was still able to play there from the U.S.) because I haven't done any of the things you did, and neither have my friends.

It shocks me how some people don't seem to understand the reasons for Pokerstars taking steps like this.
People seem to think a few "transfers", sharing PCs/accounts, or a little bit of chip-dumping is OK. It's not OK, and if you are directly connected to someone that has been involved in cheating, then you shouldn't be allowed on the network.

A poker account should be treated as seriously as a credit card. I presume you don't tell other people your passwords and credit card PIN numbers, so don't let them use your computer or IP address. It's completely stupid to "share" valuable information like that, because if they do anything that breaks the rules, you are directly linked to them.
