The only requisite to cashout is wait until 48hs from your last deposit. Nothing to do with the bonus.

I asked them and they said to make TWO deposits, one for $600 and one for $400, and let them know about the second one. They will adjust the bonus manually.

I read that milestone hands will only be dealt at cash games, and not in tournaments. So, suppose hand number 24.93 billion is actually a tourney hand, so the next hand dealt in a cash game will be the quailfying hand, will hand number 24,930,000,000 be assigned out of order, or is it possible that a cash game table showing hand number 24,930,002,627 might be the winner.

I ask because, if the latter is the case, it will affect the play of hands whenever a milestone approaches. Every player will see the flop and call down with whatever they have, bacause this "might be" the qualifying hand. Promos should not be designed so as to affect gameplay so severely.

I never said I don't like it. I just didn't know how it worked, hence my qualification, "If the latter is the case..."

I wouldn't want to have to adjust my play because we were "close to" a milestone hand, when there are ways to structure it so that wouldn't be necessary, as it seems Stars has done. If they hadn't, my response would be "structure it better next time" not "kill the promo".
