Also, not all sites serving EU players service all of the EU. Might want to state which country you're living in. If it's Italy then you're going to be limited afaik.
I should've been less ambiguous, let me clear some things up.
I've definitely played this past year and had a pretty consistent win rate multitabling Unibets' 5max €25,- SnG's. I just mentioned that I've been out of the game for a while, because I haven't played the past two months and most of all because I'm not content with the way I've been handling poker this past year. It's been too inconsistent with too many weeks where I didn't put in the work I feel like I should put into it.
I want to look elsewhere, because the above mentioned games don't seem to run regularly enough and offer you limited information on your opponents due to the endless identities you can create and due to the restriction of HUD software. I'd like to be more professional in my approach and put more time into studying NLHE. Therefor I'd like to play on other sites in the same buy-in range where HUD software is permitted and you can only hold a single identity. Your end goal is to make money, so logical table selection is obviously something I want to focus on as well.
I'm from the Netherlands, which is where I currently still live. The name, the profile picture and the antics are just part of my cliche online persona.
Grazie mille for the help.

I suspect the strict licencing rules mean that the player pool will be very small for the games you want to play.
I live in the Netherlands, should've made that clear.

I understand what you mean and it's a great point. I'm not a complete braindead monkey however and definitely know where the value isn't at. So I could pick out false suggestions pretty easily.
Grazie mille!
Any honest suggestions would still be of great help!
