You need a soft? Let me think...Get a JOB. You sir, are playing at the 'worst' sites online. Once your involved with them, you will stay like that. 888 and pokerstars, will drag you downhill. Mark my words.

In my opinion those are two very different sites.

"Softness/hardness" isn't much of an issue at micro stakes. All the bigger sites have plenty of all types of players and all of them make mistakes typical to their "profile".

I would pay more attention to things like:
1. Rake & Rakeback
2. Player volume
3. Cashouts / Reliability
4. Software

i play since 3 years poker and since about 1 year im a winning player. I played all the time on stars but no more. I am not able to play anymore on Pokerstars after my abusive communication with the support. Lol.

I really dont know now where to play to max win. I play 25-50NL cash and everyday 1-5 tournaments(5-10 buy in).

I dont want to play on any of Marge sites. I dont trust them.

I dont know about 888, i have read that there are many fishes, but the minimized rakeback oppurtunity keep me away from that room.

The Fulltilt is the biggest and the most serious candidate. The problem is i dont get any bonus from them, because i had there account before BlackFriday. And the players quality of FT sets me thinking.

I have read that in Blackchip there are too many fishes and i saw it yesterday night, but as i said i dont trust the merge gaming. Is there any small other valuable small sites like Paradise or else?

If u prefer me to stay in a site with traffic which site is better in your opinion? Should i go to Fulltilt or 888 ?

a lot of ipokers small stakes players are sportsbook players who ventured into the poker section and you can get 60% rakeback on some large reputable ipoker skins.

Which of the sites that are currently around have some of the weakest players?

Some may say Pokerstars because of its popularity but what about some of the smaller sites around compared to Fulltilt? 888, bwin, party poker etc... Do they attract fishy players or is it filled with regs?

Whats the donk population like on iPoker Micro/SS 6max NLHE? Right now i'm on 888 and its soooo fishy, at times you'll have 3-4 50+ VPIP players at one table, and this is 25 and 50NL. Just so many donks. But the lack of RB is killing me, and I know you can get 50%+ at some iPoker skins, which is huge for the BR when moving up through the micros. Im just worried if I make the switch iPoker will be 4-5 regs per table/nitfest compared to 888 and the RB wont be worth it. Opinions?

but what exactly is there on full tilt that makes people want to play there? Why would anyone not just play on Stars? Mid-buyin tournies blow balls on tilt.. it's just ******ed. Edge is poor mans rakeback.. i just dont get what brings people to tilt.

Hi guys, I am looking for a new poker room to play on and have (very) specific requirements, I searched the net for a while but unfortunately failed miserably...I am from UK, by the way.

In order of importance, here is what I am looking for, don't want PS or FTP:

1. good & varied small stakes MTT schedule, with many sats to live events preferably;
2. MAC downloadable version, not play in browser.
3. HEM friendly
4. PayPal deposit accepted

The only reason I was playing on Fulltilt is because I self-excluded myself from Pokerstars whilst on Tilt. I'm not sure if Pokerstars want you to self-exclude yourself on tilt and then in desperation to play ship your money over to Fulltilt and proceed to tilt a lot quicker there whilst paying more rake than you would on Stars, very smart by them if true. Of course Fulltilt has no table restriction option so there's not much you can do if you tilt there besides losing all your money or self-excluding yourself.

AFAIR Poker770 constantly runs satellites to live events. They have the ipoker network and software. As much as I hate this software Poker770 is a generous room with a decent CS. This would be your top choice since you already excluded the top two rooms. But I doubt any poker site accepts Paypal really.

And as for MTTs.. I was trying to play some MTTs but it occurred to me that there is only one site with enough traffic, Stars. Combine all others and it still won't match Stars traffic, not even close. HEM has problems on other sites even on FTP but works perfectly on Stars. Other small sites has their own problems... low traffic, shady companies (somewhat unsafe funds), HEM problems, poor/laggy/buggy software, slow payouts etc..

Just curious why you don't trust the Merge network? They are the biggest out there for US players. Everyone I have heard from has been paid with the only problem being the time frame for cashout (6-8 weeks). Other than that, they are at the top of the game. They offer decent rakeback but there are better options for that. Depends what you are looking for, but moral of the story is you can definitely trust them. If you don't, you shouldn't trust any online site.
