pokerscout.com for traffic figures, and
bonuswhores.com for information on bonus clearing. Don't get too hung up on RB - some sites have other VIP or bonus schemes that works as well as rakeback. Try doing some kickback bonuses on a few different networks and see what you like. If you're not familiar with kickback bonuses, search the term in the
Internet Bonuses forum.
Once you've found a few networks that fit your criteria, you could post in the appropriate threads in the
Affiliates/Rakeback forum and see what offers you get.
