Hello community I would love to hear from your (over affiliates from around here) some feedback where do you play online poker and why? I open this thread because for me it's been challenging to find a good place due to increase in negative reviews/feedback through most of the online providers. Still, online poker is something I'm not going to stop doing and if most are bad at least I can do is be part of the least bad ones.

I live in Canada and I'm looking usually the same as most of you.

1) Software that in no way seems rigged by setting up the losing players to win more for the purpose of increased traffic and more rake generated.
2) Software with decent traffic at the poker cash no limit tables.
3) Great promotions that give out cash/rake back.

If you believe some sites rig the deal of the cards then don't play there. In fact you shouldn't play poker at all anywhere if you think it's worth a sites computing power to rig decks in this manner. There are so much easier ways of churning rake & keeping people in the game & they're fair too!

Asking about rakeback these days is silly in a shrinking market with decreasing liquidity. If a site is offering huge bonuses & rakeback deals then you can be fairly sure it's because they don't have the other things you want: traffic & decent software. You can also be fairly sure that clearing that deal/bonus is going to be tough!

You only need to look at PokerScout cash traffic numbers to easily see there's only one site with outstanding traffic for a cash player. After that your options are to play across a few sites at once possibly.

Yea, the market wouldn't be shrinking if it clearly wasn't something so wrong with it. The majority of the players have a good reason to not partake in it. I wonder why, I wonder why.

I play HU on Stars, but since they've taken down all the HU tourneys except 2 on a Saturday, anyone know any other sites that do bigger HU games?

(Apart from Stars) where are there 50nl speed type games that are running more often than not. I'm UK based and play on iPoker but the 50nl speed is always empty

888 is the only one imo after pp removed the 50.

I have had a look at Unibet.

Problem I have with it is the tournaments are basically for micro-low stakes grinders, nothing mid range. Highest paying guaranteed tournament is around 1000-1500 euros GTD.

Hello, i'm currently playing 5NL hoping to move up. Right now ive been playing 5nl on pokerstars at a decent win rate. I was told to go onto partypoker due to its softer players.

I have found though that whilst the games generally are softer, theres many more tables on at pokerstars and if im table selecting on there that the table quality feels just about the same.

So my question is this' is it worth me moving over to partypoker for my 5nl? or would it be okay to stick to pokerstars then site selecting becomes more important 10nl+

If you're playing 5nl you should be focusing on getting good, not bum hunting. The tougher games on Stars will make you a better player. Don't bother looking for "soft" games until at last 100nl.

Pretty much depends how big is the rake at pp vs ps NL5 bcause you dont get anything back at pp from NL5.

Im looking for a site that has decent traffic at the cash micro level, hopefully somewhere i could play 2-4 tables if i wanted, decent software (i considered party poker but i just cant stand the look of their site) and obviously softer competition. My thoughts before this post were either 888 or Pokerstars, but i heard poker stars is tough is this true for even the lowest of stakes?
