I see a lot of people here recommended Dustin for agent. I have used him for something like ~ 3 months, I wanna share my experience with him and I have been using others agents in the past for Pokerbros.

- started with the classic 30% rakeback and no withdrawal fee

- asked him from the beginning if btc or usdt was possible for withdrawal, he told me yes no problem

- created new accounts and asked chips transfer from old to new, he asked me why told me that it shouldn't be an habit because he must pay 5% for each chips transfer, told him ok, I gonna pay for the chips transfer you can deduct it from my chips

- each time I withdraw via crypto he makes me pay for the sending fees, I can't choose which cryptocurrencies (usdt obv would be the best) and often he sent me via bitcoin

- did 12 withdrawals total with him, 4 was sent after 48 hours, 5 sent after 36 hours, 1 sent in 24 hours, 1 sent in 12 hours and 1 sent in 1 hour. So yea, each withdrawal shouldn't take more than 24 hours from my experiences so really not impressed by the processing time

- after something like 2 months he told me that he's loosing money with me and that now gonna be 20% rakeback and 4% fees when withdrawing by crypto. How is he loosing money even possible when I pay from my own pocket for chips transfers and he deduct the sending fees from my money when sending me crypto, how is it possible? lol

- last withdrawal took me 48 hours to receive all my money on my accounts, told him that btc sending fees now super high so probably best to send me in usdt or eth to which he answers that they don't have now yet and are waiting for btc prices sending fees to be lower. How can you be an agent and don't have all the time usdt for crypto? Anyway I sent him a message a few hours later that he can sent it now via btc the fees are around 5-10$ for 6 block confirmations (~ 100S/B), 8 hours later he sent me with insane high fees 270S/B (~ 35$) which is clearly way too much at that time, especially for a ~300$ transaction, 1 block confirmation was around 10$ when he sent it. It was a few hours ago, you can check here for the sending fees estimation, https://privacypros.io/tools/bitcoin-fee-estimator/

Now I stopped using him, I don't know if he's really clueless about crypto or just being kinda shady and trying to make me leave but anyway both are not good if you are a winning player and want crypto only for your withdrawals, they are better agents who do crypto withdrawals in 24h max via usdt and pay themselves for the sending fees, just my two cents about Dustin, I would not recommend him.

And last one

I am not expert but doing agent stuffs on non regulated APPs and doing most of it via fiat seems super risky, like how can you fly under the radar if you do multiple 4-5 fig transfers per week via fiat? I am really surprised, most of the time it seems to me that he just was waiting for someone to deposit via crypto to pay me for my withdrawal... look like a red flag to me

In response to the above post:

First of all, Yan (S1cklife) has been using me as an agent on and off since 2020, so I’m not sure why he claimed he’s only used me for 3 months, when it’s been almost 4 years. There are a few other inaccuracies/false statements in his post as well (and many things left out of context), which I guess is why he made a brand new 2+2 account just to slander me for some reason.

Yan’s recent behavior (past 3 months) as a player was unusual and sketchy: every couple weeks he made a batch of brand new accounts, and requested all chips to be transferred from his old accounts to his new accounts. He claimed this was so other players didn’t get reads on him, but, without hard proof, I now have reasons to believe this was likely for other reasons. All his accounts won at microstakes (mostly 20nl) at a rate that I have literally never seen before, and he requested multiple small crypto withdrawals every week. In my interactions with him, he seemed to have a very entitled and bitter attitude.

Since unions charge clubs increasingly high taxes on winning players’ win+rake amounts (up to 19%), Yan’s absurd win:rake ratio over a large sample made him unprofitable to agent for under our previous deal. So I gave him two options: to cash out all his chips at full value with no vig and find another agent, or, if he wanted to stay, to reduce his rakeback % and implement a vig for crypto withdrawals. He chose to stay.

In response to the screenshot: as any club owner or agent knows, the vast majority of unions do in fact settle in fiat, and not crypto.

I am happy to not be working with him anymore and would not recommend Yan (telegram name @yanhaas) as a player to other agents or club owners.

I won’t be responding to this matter in this thread anymore but anyone can feel free to PM me with any questions or for any clarity.

Here you go people if you are winning 15+bb/100 playing micro-stakes on Bro and post about Dustin shady behaviours dealing with winning players, he gonna accuse you of some sort of cheating. What a joke you are really. I am sure the regs here who won constantly at 10+bb/100 playing nl40+ gonna believe you that my win rate at nl10 mostly is impossible, lol. Really you are clueless and shady and you got all my players ID so before accusing me maybe you should have ask Bro to investigate my accounts, which happened a couple of times during this last years and everytime no problem.

And yes, I used Dustin as an agent a couple of months in 2020 or 2021. And this year wanted to try again Dustin for agent after seeing all the posts about him here lately.

If you want to talk about it. Let's do it, during the pandemic always fast withdrawals, Dustin was paying the sending fees when sending via crypto. Got 30%, then 20% rakeback then at the end no rakeback anymore then last withdrawal he sent me with super minimum btc fees 1S/B or 2S/B which made the transaction stuck for almost a week. Probably his way of telling you OK now I don't want to agent you anymore, very classy very professional! This year was the opposite this time my last withdrawal he made me pay the maximum 270S/B when the 1 block confirmations was around 60-80S/B, again very classy and very professional!

After 2020 or 2021 I stopped using Dustin/whatwonder and used another agent and was very happy with them, worked with them up to this year and they gave me 30% rakeback the whole time (higher rakeback was possible if raking more), very strange right Dustin? And usdt withdrawals done in 24 hour max and they always would pay for the sending fees. No shady behaviours from them like Dustin

For some reasons, my posts about my experiences dealing with Dustin / whatwonder if you are winning too much compared to the average reg has been moved elsewhere. Long story short, he's sketchy and clueless, never has usdt and be ready for a decrease in rakeback as well as a crypto tax withdrawal fee and if you post bad reviews here about him he probably gonna accuse you of cheating (without hard proofs!) lol. I don't recommend working with him, there are better, more professional and honest agents, more about that here:
