This is great advice. Think of your poker account as a private locker with money in it. When you die, you'd want someone to have the combo to the locker right? Boom, put it in your last will and testament.
If you want it to go to your estate, then leave the locker combo to the executor of your estate, and all the funds will be withdrawn and sent to your estate. Hope this helps, sorry for acting lame, I'm young and full of legal knowledge. I apologize.
