I want online poker sites to provide better customer support.

I think it would be helpful to collect and share data on poker site responsiveness - so that potential customers can see how responsive poker sites are to emails. This might then incentivise online poker operators to improve their responsiveness.

To help with this, please copy and paste the time and dates of emails that you send to/from online poker sites. I'm happy to periodically collate the data so that poker players can see which online poker sites offer the fastest support.

I know that this data sharing has its limitations, but it is better than nothing. If any online poker operator wants to share comprehensive data or key performance indicators, feel free to go ahead and post them in this thread.
