Poker play site and online bank?

hi,
I used to subscribe to the Advanced Poker Training site. I'm looking for cheaper that has realistic bots to "workout" with. Details and analysis of my play not needed. Just need realistic play for NLHE. Most of the free play sites have people playing an unruly game and need better.
Also, if anyone can recommend a good online bank for playing on poker sites, I'd like to check that out as well. I'm familiar with not making direct poker site deposits and withdrawls. I'm looking for options.
