After carefully reading this thread, I have concluded:

- luifer611 might be a multi accounter and bonus abuser;
- PD is definitely one of the most unprofessional sites out there.

I am wondering whether their reps have even looked at this forum at all. The amount of negative feedback and publicity that every established site receives here is huge, and that's not necessarily a bad thing at all.

The main difference between sites is just how they handle it. Some do it constructively and professionally, while others don't.

Poker Dominicano is a registered name and is bound by Trademark. We will no longer allow our brand ( Poker Dominicano ) to be used on your forums by anyone. I have contacted our Attorneys and we are ready to file a Formal Cease and Desist Letter directed to Two Plus Two Publishing.

Either Two Plus Two Publishing removes this thread or removes Poker Dominicano name through every post including title or our next communication with you will be through our Attorneys.

If your attorneys told you this demand has any chance of success, you should probably look for more competent attorneys. Not Two Plus Two is using your trademark in any way, but your customers on an open forum. And a lot of this feedback is a direct result of your behavior ITT.

If ***** ********** had just answered the questions asked and nothing else, as most Reps do, then ***** ********** would be looked at in a much better light. But ***** ********** never answered the questions and instead demands removal of anything ***** ********** does not like, and now of the whole thread.
It's only natural that players are leery of new small sites, given the history, and more leery of a site that bought software from a site that absconded with player's funds. Players are leery of many sites, not only ***** **********, but ***** ********** misinterpreted questions as being accusations. And there is where the problem with ***** ********** is, and it is, of their doing.
