I signed up and made a small deposit 2 days ago. I played in a small private tourney and placed 3rd. I then played some micro stakes PLO and doubled up. My initial deposit was $25 and 2 sessions in I was at $75. I was just thinking of building a roll on there so my girlfriend can play the micro games since my main accounts are on FT and PS. I tried logging in yesterday and my account has been suspended. I emailed support and the only response I get is that it has been closed due to managements discretion. No further details. I then had a chat with live support and it went like this: Hello, my name is Norman Johnson. I'll be assisting you today.
You: Hello Norman

You: I've got a bit of a problem

Norman Johnson: What happened!?

You: I signed up for playersonly 2 days ago and just yesterday, when I tried signing on, my account was suspended

You: I have no idea as to why it happened

You: I've tried emailing support but it doesnt answer my questions

Norman Johnson: Can I have your customer ID number please? (You can find this number underneath your name on your betting ticket when you login to your account on the main page of the website.)

You: only the same email saying that my account is suspended

You: i cant log in

You: its been disabled it says

Norman Johnson: Please hold for a moment while I look up your account...

Norman Johnson: I can see that your account is related to a lot of accounts...

You: a lot of accounts?

You: this is my first time playing on playersonly

Norman Johnson: Unfortunately, your account has been disabled for security and verification purposes. We cannot disclose any details, other than this was a decision taken at Management level. Regrettably, we will be unable to enter into further correspondence pertaining to this matter.

You: can I speak to someone from the management level on this matter?

Norman Johnson: Unfortunately as per management decision we cannot reopen the account, and I cannot transfer you to one of them, I really apologize for the inconvenience that this situation may cause to you...

You: what happens to my funds or deposit

You: you're telling me I can't do anything about my account being closed

Norman Johnson: Thank you for waiting. I will be right with you.

Norman Johnson: The amount deposited will be credited back to your card, but the winnings will not... I apologize if this situation cause a problem to you...

You: yes it has caused a great deal of problems but my frustration is because I'm not even given a reason as to why my account has been closed and my legitimate winnings stripped from me

Norman Johnson: I apologize for this, but it's as per management decisions...

You: how do I get into contact with a manager?You: how do I get into contact with a manager?

Norman Johnson: Unfortunately you cannot get in contact with them...

You: so I can never play on this site again?

You: thank you for nothing

You: have a good day

Im furious! What a waste of time and effort! What a joke of a site and their customer support.

You have no idea what they meant when they said your account is related to a lot of accounts? Think hard now as to what they could possibly mean. Btw, in the future if your friend wants to play poker she should just open an account in her name. This could save both of you from potential headaches in the future.

1st post and it it is about an account being locked and possible multiple accounts. Who would of thought?

Post you screen name and emails from Playersonly so we can "try" to help you.
