Twice in the last 6 months I've been in MTTs with rebuy/add-ons when this happened. At the final add-on period break the 2 Chinese players added on but both times it was about 5 times the max possible. The first time I reported the situation to Stars, including hand numbers, but never heard back. The second time I just figured... oh well. I just play low and micro so it's not a big deal but any serious players might want to watch for this.

i remember a situation where i thought i used the add-on twice in some tourney somehow, but i might just have been stoned out of my mind so who knows :P

This would be really easy to prove, so unless you post hhs to prove it I am going to assume you made a mistake or are intentionally lying.

4 months ago I had a player from Russia hack my P.S account his screen name was (CSHYN) I turned on my computer and tried to log in but my pass word had been change so I asked P.S why and when was my pin changed and was told a player by that name in Russia has asked for a new pin. luckily no money was taken from my account there wasn't much in there I think he changed the pin and was going to take mine and all the others accounts he hacked $$$ out at a different time because he also changed my 888 account and full tilt and changed my email pass word. what a F--ken HEAD ACHE it was to get everything back to normal. I think he thought he had time since he changed the pins.

Are you sure they didn't rebuy and add on? If they are all in on the last hand they can double rebuy back into the tournament and add on as well. In turbo rebuys you will generally get 2k+2k double rebuy and roughly 5k add on. So roughly 9k or 4 1/2 buy ins.

Makes sense. IIRC, double rebuy just before the break is 6k or so and after that you can buy one add-on of 30k, I think.

So yeah, making said add-on for 5 times the regular amount would be perfectly legit in this format.
