I actually had this happen once to me after i did someone a favor and gave them cash for stars cause they were in a bind (this was last summer) then got the stars xfer reversed on me.

I checked into it somewhat, and as far as I was able to discern, they let you do this (i sent to the wrong guy please ship me my money back) once, then after that tell you "sorry, you were already warned to make sure you have your info right"

I dont know what happens if the person who got the xfer reversed disputes the reversal (i never even bothered its not worth the headache for 400 bucks)

Thats the problem, if it gets into a big sloppy mess, stars is going to refund to the transfer'r and the reciever is ****ed, and yes they only let you do it once which is a good thing, but this isn't paypal and there not going to look into anything except for were the money came from and were it went. I wouldn't accept stars from someone unless they have done stars trades ITT and no problems arose from it, and there is nothing wrong with asking for the money to sit for a few hours Imo. IF its a newb.

In a way its a good thing, stars implemented the transfer options not for us "traders" doing xfers every day, not even for 100's of dollars but for BOB to send his friend from work JIM 5 bucks so he could play.

This is not an unreasonble position. I wasn't ripping on the 6 hour waiting period, i was merely sharing my experience to try to clarify the "stars will reverse transfers" v. "stars does not intervene in transfer disputes" debate.

Yeah,exactly,I have been scammed by him/her february this year.
Well,I have got the full Name of this "ItsJustPaper" account...
it's "Tifany Bootzka" (maby wrong written,but the spelling would be like that),but I don't even think it's a female..maybe a fake name or whatever...
Hope it could be any small use for anybody tho.

He/she also comes online now again on MSN..he/she wasn't for months,and now again like every day...don't know what to think about that lol.

I pm'd him because of the trade I want,I said I would only trade in incresements...
The he asked what the incresments are.
AFter I told him,he said I should either ship it all at once or we have no deal.
He said he has got no time to send in incresements because he'd play 4 tourneys.
After searching him on both,stars and fulltilt,I saw he didn't play ANY tourney.
So I think he tried to scam me.

Not sure if I'm right,I just think this is something I should post...
