I was in talk with "moe123". Jun 08 reg date with 8 posts. When I told him to go ahead and send he waited 20 minutes then told me that whenever I was ready to send he would give me his account name. He's taken 20-30 minutes to respond to every pm I've sent him.

And hasnt responded in an hour to my last pm

No its not you, it is few others as well, I have posted that people dont trade with me under any circumstance later on tonight, I will post a full list of people who are owed and I will update it daily as I make payments.
