Here's a follow up, with regard to my trade:

The fellow reached me in PM's. I indicated that I would not trade, if everything wasn't posted in the public forum. We agreed that such a procedure was prudent. That happened, on page 509 of this forum. (you can follow the whole thing, by starting at that page).

On page 510, he posted his account names. Properly done.

He sent. I got the money. I sent back, on PS. It didn't go through. It wasn't declined, it wasn't approved. It wasn't nothing. For a long time. He posted, 'hey, does it always take this long?' on the forum, publicly.....at some point during the evening, I went to bed. When I got up the following morning, no transfer had taken place. I contacted PS support, and confirmed that it was truly, effectively cancelled by me (so I couldn't be charged twice), and then I sent the gentleman's money back, that I had received. That was the end of it.

He posted, publicly, and recited what I just laid out above. I confimed that what he said was true. That's it.

So I have not reported a 'successful' trade, I reported what actually happened. For what it's worth, so did the other user.

I'm not vouching for him. I do believe that everything he posted, in this forum, with regard to our attempted trade, was accurate. And I said so, publicly.

I'm also not vouching for you. I have no idea what happened. You, and he, will provide, or refuse to provide, the necessary information, publicly. The rest of us, as usual, will do our best to figure it out.

But you posted 'aboNiMable' (completely wrong spelling: are you not aware of the so-called 'impostor' scams running around?) abominable, like the snowman, is me. aboNiMable (some made up spelling? or did you mis-type, and you meant ME?) ..." is probably involved". Are you nuts? I want you to provide whatever you think supports that logical leap of faith. Or withdraw your statement. Or even refuse to withdraw your statement, without any facts, which might enable the rest of us to make some judgment as to just what you're up to.

just thought i'd comment on the situation with k3m...i don't really know anyone involved here but jesus the guy just got scammed for 1k give him a break..

i mean if you were in his shoes wouldn't you atleast question ishtal(sp?) references' after being scammed? abominable show some class and cut the guy some slack. if you're not involved, which i'm sure you aren't, then there is no need to type out an essay defending yourself and then bash the guy who got scammed.

anyone getting scammed for such a large amount will obviously act irrational and emotional..

good luck to you k3m..my advice to you is to publicly disgrace the guy's name as much as you can and email the pokersite and try to get them involved if you can..
