I played Party pokers casino tonight and had £15 on 27/36 as i always do and £100 on 19-36 as i always do.

Number 27 came in then rapidly changed to no3. I quickly went on to live chat and got what seemed like a drunk kid. I have loads of screenshots of this kid making no sense, if someone can school me on how to upload a pic from my phone then i'll do that but apparently i am not allowed to claim this cash or even tell anyone about the fact i won and the system glitched (which the kid admitted).

I'm trying to figure out what you expected here. Some anonymous guy with a relatively new account creates a thread telling a story about money lost due to a casino glitch, and you're expecting that within 3 hours it would have become big news in some way? Even if we could confirm this happened exactly as you said, there could be lots of different explanations, and we hear stories like this about all sorts of sites on a regular basis, and so people don't tend to **** to outrage immediately. **** happens. I'm sorry it happened to you, but this isn't some shocking development; I'd concentrate more on how you get it resolved and stop worrying about how much interest/coverage it's getting.

On that note, have you contacted Party in any other way? Emailed them, asked on live chat for a manager, contacted them on social media, PMed their rep here...? I'd have taken all of those steps before worrying about starting a thread, but you can still take them now.
