PARTY POKER PROBLEMS


Good afternoon. I need a little bit help if somebody see through this situation. My name is Edit. party poker name: edok8445

I registered on party poker 2019. februar 15. I play only micro limit, no limit holdem poker. This was my second internet poker room after pokerstrars.

After my first deposit the room asked a verification and I sent my identity card. After that I played, every day only 2-3 tables. I finished some mission and won about 70 euro. I enjoyed the play.
Some days later I got an email, that it is a routine security check and I need to send an utility bill. I sent it. In this time I can play and sent it on time.
After that they write me that I need to send a picture with my face, my id card and a code on a paper near to my face.
It seems a little bit humiliate, but I sent it. I play on the site micro stakes until this procedure.
Some days later I got an email without any correct justification. They only wrote that I had highly suspicious activity on my account and they simple closed my account and stole my money. About 108 euro. I play many days, I only withdraw 20 euro and play micro limits.
I don't understand this. I am a beginner poker player, I play myself in my free time, disn't use any softer just my brain.

They humiliate me I feel. I play fair and correctly. I have my whole hand history. Everybody said who read it that I played normally asa beginner player. They humble me and stole my money. It is unfair, unjust and lawless. On pokerstars I play and enjoy that stars are very pleasant and proud the womans player.


Where can I denounce the page party poker? Have any monitoring authority? It seems they can do anything with anybody.

Please help me, I am an avarage player and didn"t understand what happened. But after this procedure I want to make scandal and denounce them!!

Please help me. If somebody like to help me please send an email to party poker " respect edok8445" please help. They humiliate me.

Some general points here:
-You should keep records of all your communication with the operator.

-You should proof read what you write to them (and post on this forum) before sending/posting it. Make sure that a stranger can understand what you are saying. Imagine that you're writing to someone who is smarter than you, but who knows nothing about the issue at hand.

-In the first instance, if you are unhappy with their initial decision, contact them directly, and let them know why.

-If, after directly explaining your point of view, you continue to have a dispute, ask for the issue to be escalated for re-review.

-Many legitimate gaming operators have licenses from Governments where they "operate". In the case of many online operators, the jurisdiction that they "operate" in are where their servers are located. If you continue to be unhappy, you can approach the regulator with your concerns. You can obtain the contact details either by searching on the internet, or by asking the gaming site to give them to you.

-If the regulator is not an option, or does not satisfactorily resolve your concern, you may be able to consider taking legal action. Please consult a professional legal adviser for further assistance with this.

-You'll get more sympathy from the forum if you post - clearly - a copy of all correspondence with the site.

Writing them from twitter might be an option as they are extremely active there.

Post all e-mails between you and party poker so we can see what's going on. Maybe you have written something in english that can be misunderstood.
Also PartyPoker have a licens to operate and you can complain to them about this.

Humiliated you? At least you're not being dramatic.

Welcome to the club. Party Poker accused me of being a bot and closed my account with several thousand in it. Total bull**** but I never got my money back! That was years ago but I've never forgotten and will bash them every chance I get.
