Situation: You are chip leader at the final table of a tournament with 7 players remaining. The tournament hangs, freezes and does not allow you to continue playing. You go out and go back in to see if it reactivates, it doesn't work. You quickly contact an online representative who does not solve the problem, and he tells you that they will contact you by mail. You speak to support by email and they tell you that there is no compensation because you continued playing according to their "specialized department" and that the money from the fourth position you left was added to your account. You tell him that it is impossible, that they show you how you continued playing. They tell you that you can look at your hand history. You go to the hand history, you look at it, and you tell them that you want a review from their "specialized department" because it clearly looks like you fold KK, AK, JJ preflop, so it doesn't make sense, you offer to send video. They then recognize that you were disconnected all the time, and give you advice on what to do if you lose your internet connection. You tell them that you did not lose your internet connection at any time, and that the proof of this is that you were chatting with online help, and you pass screenshots of that chat. You even tell them that the software they have has recurring bugs of different types already reported. They ignore your arguments and keep telling you what to do if you disconnect, and that since other players could continue playing they do not compensate you in any way.
moral of a fable: DO NOT PLAY IN PARTY POKER

You should not splash the pot, because when you splash stuff around a computer it can cause you to drop your internet. Be more disciplined in future. Also, consider speaking to support in the future perfect continuous tense with a passive voice as that will usually get you better service.

I am alerting the poker community, if it happened to me it could happen to others. I already spoke to the party poker support in a calm and friendly way, and they did not help me accordingly.

Out of curiosity - on a scale of 1 to 100 - how much impact do you think your ramble from a newly created posting account about a fairly standard disconnect situation will have on the community where 1 is nobody will give it any notice other than for light trolling and 100 is everyone will stop playing at Party Poker as per your command.

Just install the mobile app and when there is problems that are not on ur end, switch over.
