OP, you signed up to a site that has terms and conditions of participation. You then broke those terms and conditions, and suffered the not unexpected consequences.

Furthermore, you broke the one rule that protects everyone else (to some extent) from funds being fraudulently transferred, and from the site being abused by money launderers (and thus our funds being at risk in some wider investigation).

Do you really expect any sympathy?

What if

Someone loses lots of money to you.

They get pissed.

They decide to take you down with them.

After withdrawing any surplus balance if need be, they without your consent appear to deliberately lose to you, chip dump, etc.

Both your accounts get closed. You get screwed though you did nothing wrong.

How could Party or any other company be able to tell a case like this from true collusion or rule violation?

And even if such a scenario were feasible, I'm pretty sure most (hopefully all) poker sites' chip-dumping methods are a lot more sophisticated than "Player X won a bunch of money off Player Y - close Player X's account".
