I'm FER210, a SNG Low Stakes Regular with 20k games on party, since I started playing there, one year ago.

I've made some decent profit and was one of the best regulars of my field, getting 1st on my Daily Leaderboard, almost every single day.

I have played with just my PartyCaption (which is one of the allowed softwares) and that's it; playing mainly 9P T and DON 6P T.


About two weeks ago, my account got suspended, because they wanted to do a security review; I sent them all the personal documents that they asked me to and got my account unblocked about 3 days later.

I just continued playing and putting a high volume on these last 10 days, after they unblock me after the security review.


I tried to withdraw one time and it was taking way too long, I then asked the Live Chat if there was something wrong happening and they just said this to me:


I was just waiting for my withdrawal, as the Live Chat said that this was due to a standard review, and then, today, surprisingly, I tried to login to play, but my account was suspended and I got the e-mail below.

I've never deposited after my first one, always withdrew my money directly to my personal Bank Account; this came out of nowhere.

I already replied their e-mail, but I would like to know if there is anyone else with whom I could talk with to solve this.

What are points 13, 16 and 28.4?

The fact you felt the need to mention you only use this one specific program is a signal as to why you got banned.

Probably suspected of cheating by having non-approved software running whilst playing on "the facilities" (which I assume is PartyPoker and any associated aspects of that platform).


The terms of service suggest it's not appealable.
