Party or Stars or another?

Hi All,
Playing mostly 2/4 to 5/10 on Stars and they don't do any form of rakeback at 5/10 (not like the chests are much better anyways).
Is it worth switching over to Party poker? Is there software ok and do they have security under control (amount of bots etc?)
Otherwise any other sites you'd recommend? I'm from UK so only regulated sites please.
