ok, why is he and others still playing @ partypoker.
here are some reasons, which might be right for the some of us:


1. started playing poker @ partypoker in 200x - so still some kind of customer loyalty

2. committed to partypoker for this year, because of bonuses and partypoints and stuff

3. still waiting for the bwin.party merge of the playerpool, which could be short-term the rescue for the traffic

4. waiting for "rush"

5...


i would instantly leave after clearing all my partypoints, if nothing will happen, coz it makes no sense at all to play at partypoker, if they are not acting in this situation.
because there are many problems atm, starting with bad games and scummy behaviour and ending in terrible bugs, lags, and company policy.

but partypoker stated, that they want to do something in this matter, so i'm still hoping. but we will see. we all know the software updates/upgrades.

some of the worst on these limits: (there are much more)

platin001 - tablecamp/-block, insta sit out, when fish sits out (while camping the lobby with sometimes 2 or more tables open sitting alone, just waiting for fish to joins, otherwise no play --> also the reason for tableblock)
cliffy780 - tablecamp/-block, insta sit out, when fish sits out
Hajnimajni - tablecamp - no play at all
nob0dys perfect - not as bad, as the others, but tablecamping too

It's funny how people come on here and call us ******ed for trying to help online poker. Some people just don't get it... Probably the same reasons they need to use these tactics to breakeven...

alvad, e92420, googolgod, tobadsooosad, danceonthewind are all sitout scum. a fish sits out, they sit out, meanwhile they are playing on other tables. AMONG OTHERS

googol will continue to play down to hu (at least a 1/2 and 2/4), or he just thinks i'm terrible. others i agree on and have seen the same.

If anyone is curious, the small number of WORST offenders are still doing this all the time. FriskyBobby just joins a table with me and another reg starting a game and sits out, while playing other tables.

I´m joining the table and agregator777 sit-out because fish is broke. then play one hand in BB before the 3min run off and insta sit-out again in the SB....

People like that should be banned from online poker.

Yes party guys, friskyBobby, agregator777 and a few others clearly aren't getting the warnings if they are being sent. There is one guy from netherlands that is really bad to was V PK l or something but changed his name recently...

case in point. Millions of complaints on friskyBobby, but either party isn't interested, or frisky doesn't take them seriously...

Here are a few more from last week that are bad.

N0bodyS Perfect is realllllly bad for this. He never plays when fish sits out. Karlo25_ is also very bad for this.

We are investigating each player you post on here, report to us directly and any we see ourselves. Your help in tackling this issue is fantastic so please, keep it up!

To all players who are seen to be abusing the sit out option, you shall be reported and you shall be investigated so doing so is at your own risk. Please be considerate of other players on the site.

PartyRep, has anyone been prevented from abusing the sit out option yet? So far the worst offenders still do it all the time, and they are very well known

If party is taking this seriously, and reports are being done on these players, and punishment handed out, why is it that the same group of players continue to do this on a daily basis, and we continue to report them but it seems to affect them in zero way.

All the austrians are extremely bad for this. Here are two of them doing it as they always do:

i know this is partypoker and software changes happen at a glacial pace but would it be so hard to implement a change whereby people who are reported for sitting out selectively lose the ability to sit out on individual tables, just like people who abuse chat lose chat privileges?
