Looks like I was scammed.

After two successful trades with "sandc llc", he scammed me on the third trade.

I sent him my 77 on Cake (msjjap) on Saturday night and he told me he would send payment on Sunday morning. Nothing has arrived yet.

He's local to me and provided a cell phone number, but he hasn't responded to any of my texts.

lock - i dunno about .9 unless you're working one of those slow swaps where the person doesn't send your money until they've received and cashed out yours. but i see .75 -.77 a lot lately.

Is BCP currently down due to the transfer to a new skin?

BCP was a skin on Merge, and has now moved to be a skin on Winning Poker Network. It was down from like 3-6 am for the transition and is now back up. Probably better to post your BCP-related questions in one of the BCP-specific threads imo

I have $120 on Lock. I'm a vintage baseball card collector and will trade my lock $ for graded/ungraded cards, can I post on p2p transfer this offer? I have an ebay account I can show for references.

• many scammers like to get you off-site and trade using e-mail, skype, AIM, etc. This way they avoid public disclosure and scrutiny of their known shady accounts. They will convince you that you are the risky trader and they are safe.

• Google("screenname" + poker) all account names looking for any kind of warning.

No, should be more like .70-.80.

+1 .7-.8 is pretty standard. The prices definitely are not set though, it's an open market. They can fluctuate due to current supply/demand.

I'm looking for more money on BCP but would like to trade my lock funds for it. Anyone know a fair rate for it? I haven't seen any transactions of this kind in the marketplace.

my feeling would be that the BCP money is worth somewhat more. Lock has been somewhere around .75 for the last few days, and between .70 and .80 for a while. and it's too soon after the BCP move to know how long their cashouts will take. But I've seen transactions involving ACR money (same network as BCP) at around .9 or better since they've had good cashouts for a while now (it's expected that BCP will too but it's just not proven yet).

there's been an influx of freed-up money onto BCP lately, since they have p2p xfer again. so there will be sellers. but the other factor is finding lock buyers, which are a not super common commodity.

so maybe something like 80 or 85 BCP for 100 lock would be fair? what do you guys think? as always, rates offered will depend on a variety of factors

i suppose you could always sell lock for cash and then buy bcp with it, which would be an extra step but might be more doable. then you could do something like sell the lock for .75ish, and buy the bcp for .85-.90ish (i've seen a few offers like that lately)

Chase Quick Pay is sketchy or the same reasons as PayPal. Both are able to be charged back very easily. CQP is still allowed in this thread, but I would recommend only accepting it from people who are extremely reputable as there have been numerous scammer cases where people get away with lots of money by later reversing transactions.
