I do not about your jurisdiction. Usually, poker sites using GGpoker services. I was told that money is in the "skin" account not ggpoker network account.
So in that case money is safe. I sue that skin not ggpoker. I don't care if they have partners like GGpoker or Ipoker, or some other network. I deposited money to that skin. And that skin should be you area.

If there is problem i can go right away to the Department which gives them licence and they are quite effective. It requires 0euro legal advice! Big problem is when your country doesn't require operator to any licence. Then you are alone, and your money is basically lost.

And to sue some Island licence jurisdiction. I think your lawyer costs are more than 75k...

I don't like the GGpoker room. The poker rooms that look like a smartphone video game are ugly, nothing professional.

I don't know how the WSOP can be played in that horrible room. Not even how Daniel Negreanu can play in it

Were there any updates on this situation? Did the players get their money back? I was going to deposit onto GG to try it out but reading this makes me worried about doing so.

What it really comes down to, is if you are a consistant winner they dont want you on the site.
When you deposit they then consider that cash as theirs, they want it going round and round till it disappears into their coffers.
