The other night there were some sng freerolls going for ftops...i of course see this and play them. This again reminds me why i transfered most of my roll to pokerstars......never again full tilt. i have never seen a business run so sickly disgusting as full tilt. just got this a couple hours ago

Hello xxx,

Several Sit & Go satellites for FTOPS Event #2 were mistakenly created as a freeroll, rather than a 6,000 FTP buy-in fee. Our records indicate you played in a total of 23 of these errored satellites.

After a thorough review of your account, we have determined that $1336.00 T$ were applied to your account mistakenly by way of your placing in these errored satellites.

We have deducted a total of $1336.00 T$ from your account. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As a good will gesture and a token of appreciation for your understanding, I have applied a $200.00 bonus offer to your account. You may find your bonus under "Requests" and "Check My Bonus Offer" in the main Full Tilt Poker Lobby.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for choosing Full Tilt Poker.

Regards,

Frederick
Full Tilt Poker Games Supervisor

if THIS is true then this is just unfair ...

MrCasino your posts are normally garbage rants. However, if this is true FTP need to let you keep what you won. This was their error and they just need to suck it. Very poor.

lol, I love how they they say "As a good will gesture and a token of appreciation for your understanding, I have applied a $200.00 bonus offer to your account". Not like he really had a choice to comply or not

How very Party Poker of them. All that was missing was the "Enjoy!" sign off.

This. I was fully expecting some silliness for an OP, followed by a lot of well-deserved mockery.

If this went down exactly as OP described, FT couldn't be more in the wrong IMO.

Wow this is brilliant. (if its true)
Yet another example of full tilt not taking responsibility for their mistakes and shortcomings.

Remember they made a pledge to you the player,

Quote:
Our Pledge:
-We designed Full Tilt Poker to create the best online poker experience.
-We play and chat with players every day at all levels, even play money.
-We are always thinking of new ways to make you a better poker player.
-We are committed to having the safest, most secure online poker site.
-We want you to join our team.
Something they obviously do not take seriously.

With regard to my own grevience they have shown they do not have the safest, most secure online poker site.

Try reset your password on stars and you get two security questions.
If they had one security question id still have my roll.

Sry to go on about my own problems here, but dont let this one go OP. This is complete bs and they need to start taking responsibility for their actions or lack there of.

Get back over to tilts corner. How is no one finding it really weird that the only person who got an email from tilt has a posting history that is 90% FTP bashing????

Terrible decision by FTP
01-07-2009 , 09:21 AM

I wonder if Ivey is going to claim they were actually at a playmoney table if he starts losing his challenge with durrrr

Well considering he made 10 million last year in online poker he probably doesnt care who wins as far as money. Im thinking he just wants to take durrrrs bankroll which is nowhere near iveys worth just to prove he has bit off more than he can chew.

Just to play devils advocate here...

I recently found a prop bet on The Greek that listed Chris Cooley over 68.5 RECEPTIONS. This was surely ment to be placed under total yards. I bet the max with the same concept in mind... this was their mistake. Needless to say it was reversed out and I didn't even get an email or a bonus. I think OP came off with a free $200 IMO, damn that T&C we all agreed too

Wow ftp, what a horrible decision. $200 good will gesture, **** that.
