I believe that was it but I used a check to deposit and it was months ago. If you deposited another way it may require more information.

They do not put the money in your bank acct. They are selling a card to use for cashouts, and they are charging $25 for it which is kinda ridiculous.

they haven't paid my account for my rake back play from last pay period. i hear everyone else was paid and according to what support told me they were paying out today. really the way this has been handled from day one has been really unprofessional. they never got my tracking setup and i had been addressing that issue for almost 3 weeks before today. and yet i still have not been paid a dime. next pay period will be much more significant in what they owe me and the fact that i have not been paid my rake back money even once makes me really nervous. how can u say u pay on the 4th and the 8th rolls around and u haven't paid me a dime yet. this is ridiculous. I'm really sick of dealing with all this and am just thinking of going else where.

while im at it... i wish they would get rid of the bbj it's really silly considering that with the mix of that and rake it's just way to expensive to play at that site. plus if someone hits it the money wont be circulated anymore since they will withdraw it right away. wish they would at the least offer more non bbj tables i don't like throwing my money away like that. if i wanted to play lotto i'd buy a ticket, but thats y i play poker not slots.

Have you emailed support about not receiving any rakeback? I have been with them since 05 and have always gotten everything I was owed. I was playing 4 tables non-BBJ of 1-2 earlier today. Start tables people will come.

For the first time I just tried to multi table on true....i tried to 4 table. it is literally impossible. Is there seriously noway to get whatever table you have action on to popup? That is literally mind blowing that in 2011 this is happening. I quit after 20 mins. Havning to manually scroll thru 4 tables at all times searching for where you might have action on makes it simply too hard.

Is there a setting or something I can switch so that the tables will popup when the action is on me? Thanks.

I deposited on Doyles Room with a standard credit card and before they would process it they had me answer this survey that asked me all kinds of personal questions like who my car financing was through and what year model it was.Also what the closest hospital was etc etc...has anyone else had to do this or anything similar to this with them or anyone else? For 4 tables you can Tile rather than Cascade the layout. Easy to resize tables if small monitor.

If you pull up 4 tables cascading they pop to the forefront on your turn I do understand it's not the best in the world and needs some work.

As processing is an issue for US facing company's procedures vary you you can see some of this going on from time to time. Yes there was a while where that was the procedure ( just verifying your identity to prevent fraud).
