Why are there two sets of numbers for "logged in players" when I log into the client?

one is total players and the other is ring players

When is rakeback paid into the accounts?

I was playing the 200nl - 500nl games right before the domain name was seized (they had 400nl and 500nl before the new software). After the domain seizure I immediately withdrew most of the money in my account via check, it showed up exactly 7 days later (I received a fedex tracking number for the package as well). A few weeks later I received a rakeback payment and withdrew that as well. The check showed up within 10 days.

I was nervous immediately after the seizures, but I am now strongly considering putting money back on the site.

After gadolparah's posts (and I think he had legitimate reason to be frustrated), I just wanted to say that all of my experiences with True Poker have been pleasant and the cash outs were quick.

TruePoker launched in early March, 2001.

Rake back has been paid in the past on the 10 th of the month.
Starting this week or next when the new system is ready it will be paid every Wednesday. There you go you heard it here first.

I understand as with 2 of the other 3 seizures there was problems getting money I probably would have done the same. With a little luck people can see we are here to stay and the players come first.

I normally don't have any complaints, but I still have not gotten any rakeback for any part of June yet....They said they would look into it a couple days ago.

Same here no rake back for any of June. Also no place to check if rake back is even correct. Been this way for a long time now.

TruePoker Rep, can TP disable the casino (blackjack, craps, slots, etc...) but still allow him/her to play in the poker room?

Unfortunately there is no self exclusion only on the casino..
We do have self exclusion for everything for people who ask as casino is a newer product we have it on the development list but not sure where it's at at the moment.

I think it's one of those "around to it things" with the software move and getting our internal house cleaned up seems a higher priority ATM. We have talked and I am sure at some point you will see us there.

I agree, True Poker's player numbers really need to be regularly updated on PokerScout.

Do those numbers also include play money players, or real money only?

what bonus code do i need to put in to get the 100% deposit bonus? this isn't only a 1st time deposit bonus, correct?

100% is first deposit bonus only but at midnight tonight until the 4 th there it a 235% reload up to $400.
and while I am talking about the 4 th there will also be a freeroll every hour for 24 hours ranging from $25 to $500 (hope that's not too spammy).

I keep getting a popup that says "cannot connect to the server" then is closes down my true poker client completely...wtf?? I was gonna deposit there and start grinding tomorrow but how can I possibly do that while it keeps doing this? Never has this happened on any other site, obv my internet is fine.
