TheRaiderr

You have made your point. (Over and over, again.) Please move on.

It seems fairly obvious to me, and probably most other readers, that TruePoker does not keep their customers' funds in a separate and safe Clients Account, and, in effect, this means that they probably use their customers' money to run their business.

To continue to support them, you just need to believe that they are honest, and that they don't spend more on their business than the amount of profit they generate by the rake; or, that their business will get to that financial position before it fails and they are left with a shortfall and unable to pay back all their customers' funds.

Can you change the blind structure of your "super turbo" tournaments. They are very slow.

I just looked up the blind structure for the 9max SNG (normal / turbo / super turbo) - they are all the exact same! 6 minute increases in blinds, same structure.

Oddly enough I did not put this in "the good bad and the ugly"
however you are right not the best SNG structures.....
However by the end of the week I will post the new structures here
Thank you for your input keep it coming.
PS
We are considering doing a Final table "feel" where the blinds start at 5 k 10 k 500 antes with 500k starting chips for some SNG's any thoughts there?

that means the second level is 10k/20k which means if you don't chip up at all you'd be at 25 bbs by the second level which most people won't care much for.

I was looking at a more gradual structure like 5k/10/500 to 6k12k/600 to 7.5k/15/k750 then 10k/20k/1k
and this is off the top of my head I would have to work with my guys to make sure it works and not replacing a bunch of SNG'S with this structure just having a few new ones.
My thought is there is not a bunch of ways to get final table experience and this might help get those BIG chip jitters out of the way.

I can assure you that we are honest, that our monthly business costs are below our monthly profit, and that all clients funds could and would be repaid promptly upon request

Re sizable tournament lobby gonna be awhile....Sorry but it is on the list.

Early next week at the latest we will offer points for cash and tournaments and sit n goes for points you will find all the info in the "Rewards" tab in the client It will start fairly basic and we will build on it from there.
Hope this helps.

As long as you pay within a resonable time period is fine by me. i'd like to see true do some main stream marketing ie. in the poker magazines like cardplayer and poker player newspaper. As well as other poker related sites. Anything to bring in new players. You guys have pretty good software albeit with some highly noticeable bugs, but it's getting there. Support has been pretty good as well although it's a bit slow for most people's tastes as long as it is corrected I say. Also is there way to get text files of our HHs? i want to copy and paste for dicussion among friends but I can't seem to do it with the replayer.

Also all the sngs have the all the same blind structures and time. please correct this as well.

Thanks

I see that the blind structure and time for the sngs are better, but lower the rake for the turbos and super turbos. Other than that good job.

Welcome to the forums, glad to have you here. I have a couple of comments/questions. in your Biography, it says True Poker launched in 2002. I specifically remember playing on True Poker in May of 2001. Second, when will you guys make the card sizes larger? They are much too small right now. I am seriously considering making a deposit on True Poker, since your withdrawals seem to be working fairly quickly in today's market. Looking forward to your response, thank you.

On the launch date I will have to look into that as it was before my time. On the cards being bigger within the last 10 or 12 days we made them much bigger
if your observing a table they may look small but if you sit in a play money table you will see much bigger than launch.
Just an FYI in the next 30 days we are moving the time bar to below the name plate which will give even more real estate to the cards.
Thanks Hope this is what you were looking for.

Another small complaint, can you please try to make the spade and club look more different. They look pretty similar.

Stuntman - no four color deck? Eh, prob not, you'd have noticed that I assume.

I'm wondering why DoylesRoom seems to be the only poker room out there without one of these threads? Same network as this one.

You're saying if I sit in a play money or real money game, the hole cards and boards cards are larger? However, if I am only observing a table, they will still look small? Did I understand that correctly? Thank you.
