So, I've been in this thing for 2 months now. I don't use poker tracker or anything. So, these rake stats are the only ones I have on my play. Anyway my question is whether the "revenue" on rakebackpros is really the rake I've personally paid. If so I had no idea I was paying that much rake.

You said ''I am a loyal FTP customer, and contribute a fair amount ''

So it seems you are ok playing and without rakeback so why do you think they will give it to you?

I opened my FT account waaaay back before the 'gaming legislation'. Began playing online again about 3 months ago exclusively at FT. I play mostly tourneys (3-4/day, ABI +$100) and about an hour a day of 200nl. I asked them for rakeback today and they said no.

Someone said it earlier: What is x% of zero?

Cashing out my FTP's and withdrawling my $$ and I am out of there. Just funded my new RAKEBACK Stars account, so I'll see you guys there!

Hi,
I am new to this forum, whom should I email to be put on a list, FT or rakebackpros? I have an existing account with FT and have been playing a fair bit on it, but I am willing to withdraw all my money.

thanks

Ok, thanks, Is that what most people are doing without rakeback on their FT accounts?
Is it only rakebackpros that are offering accounts with existing players?

As I sent an email asking to receive rakeback. I am not going to use this account until I get rakeback (if ever), how long can I expect to wait?

Thanks

It depends, but here is a thread where people who did and did not get it wrote their waiting times. http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...d.php?t=181213

Original Message Follows: ------------------------
To Support@ fulltiltpoker,

I signed up for a full tilt poker account a year or so ago. My player ID is
Agent086. At the time, I was unaware of any rakeback promotions, or the
requirement to sign up at full tilt via a rakeback provider..

I play regularly (every day or thereabouts) on full tilt poker, and wish to
continue to do so, and increase both my level of play and the limits at which I
play, however to make this economically viable to myself, I will need to
associate my existing account, (or a new one) with a rakeback account. I have
been told on previous occasions that I cannot associate my existing Full tilt
poker account with rakeback, nor can I open another account in my name in order
to associate rakeback with full tilt.

I'm requesting that you reconsider this position for me, in order for me to
continue to play at Full Tilt Poker.

If I cannot have this rakeback associated with my existing account, I will have
no other option but to withdraw my current bankroll, and close my account with
Full tilt poker and find another poker site to play on; something I do not want
to do, as my experience with Full tilt has been positive so far.

I appreciate you must get several requests similar to this, and I do not want
to do any dodgy workarounds like signing up as my significant other or opening
a second account.

Please consider this email as soon as possible and advise me whether you would
consider associating my existing full tilt poker account with a rakeback
request.

I enjoy playing at Full Tilt Poker, but situations dictate that I must receive
rakeback for the time and effort I'm putting in..

Thanks in advance, I look forward to your response

Regards,

Max

Here's their reply:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker.

Full Tilt does not pay players rakeback directly. There are a number of
rakeback affiliates who offer players up to 27% rakeback if they sign up to
Full Tilt Poker through their site.

Please note that this is not an issue which can be solved by opening another
account with Full Tilt Poker, it is against our site policy to open more than
one account. Though you could cease using your account, we do not remove it
from our system, nor do we freeze accounts in order for players to create new
ones.

However, we do value your continued support of Full Tilt Poker, and we are
currently looking into organizing something that will help players who are not
already attached to an affiliate. We have added your username to our files for
further consideration. Please be patient.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to
ask.

Best of luck on the tables!

Kind Regards,

Edouard
Full Tilt Poker Support

Hi I understand your position on this.

I understand that there is a site called rakeback pros.com which appears to be
for full tilt rakeback. I have signed up with this site in order to attempt to
get rakeback based on feedback I've received from other full tilt members..
I have heard that other members have received emails directly from
support@fulltilt with regards to this rakebackpros.com site, and getting
existing accounts associated with rakeback. Can you please elaborate on this?

Can I get this email sent to me and my account associated with rakebackpros.com
please?

Can you also please further explain the below (quoted from your previous email)
:

"However, we do value your continued support of Full Tilt Poker, and we
are
currently looking into organizing something that will help players who are not
already attached to an affiliate. We have added your username to our files for
further consideration. Please be patient"
Etc., etc. -- bs, bs

Last week, I did exactly the same thing as outlined above. I received the same canned responses from FT. I was very professional, courteous, yet stern to some degree. It seems these rakeback requests all receive the same reply. Given the canned response (verbatim), I certainly don't feel that my name was placed on any type of 'list'.

It's so curious: here are users trying their damndest to get something the legit way, and FT simply does not care. Speaking for myself, I have both cable and DSL as a backup, so I'm sure I could set up a separate account using my kid's name (different last name), only login using my DSL connection (I've never used it to login to FT before), and they simply could not catch me using multiple accounts. With that said, I have no interest in breaking their rules, and in the fwiw department, I hope all users who are in this predicament switch to another gaming site until they are afforded their due consideration by Full Tilt.

Oh, and I tried to respond to their last canned response and my mail was bounced back to me -- apparently they blocked me. I never said anything that would warrant such an action, and I would be happy to post the entirety of my correspondence with Full Tilt on 2+2.

Talk about -EV. This is the quinessential anti-goodwill campaign by Full Tilt. They need to take a look at some old Avis commercials. Sad, sad......

[ ] Customer service

To say I'm unhappy about it is an understatement

I like the site better than any others, but they are leaving me no choice but to switch to the opposition. This is just a bizarre stance for a business, one I cannot completely understand. Is it the sheer size of them? Are they too big to care?

I'm going to withdraw 90% of my roll and set up an affiliate account with rakeback at another site. I paid 1800 in rake last month, and I can't afford not to be getting some of that back

Anyone have any recommendations on a site?

Wow! you get bonuses.. I just get stonewalled. This sucks

I have to go through the mission of setting up a new account and getting used to a new site, because FTP don't know what customer service means..

I've signed up for a FT acct through diamondrakeback dot com and i haven't received any rakeback.

I've sent them an email and their answer is:

"Hi,

Ft has informed us that you are not tagged to our account. If you can pass onto us the information below we will see if we can have you added to our account so you can get rakeback :

Full name
email
date of sign up
first deposit amount"

Is somebody receiving RB from FT through diamondrakeback?

Same for me. I just checked and no stats for the past few days. Normally I don't see rakeback in my account until around thursday though. So, I'm not worried about the last week's payouts. I don't know what's going on with the stats for this week though.
