You probably can't get PMs at the moment - too few posts.

Need to set up email.

Click on Account Name, Customize Options (small print on left side at top).

Edit Options, Receive Email - click Option Receive Email from Other Members/

Scroll down and save changes.

Or, if by join date - you do have PMs enabled - please ignore.
