Yes, check the pre paid card thread, and June 1st thread.

You can use Western Union, open an account (some are very lenient - if you have issues), PM NoFx Fan in the June 1st thread (I hope he doesn't get mad). Do they have any Ewallets you can use?

Just get a bank account and deposit with an e-check. Every adult should have a bank account anyway. Where do you keep your money? Sock drawers aren't FDIC insured.

Yea, please try to do a little searching, considering your topic is all over the first page of this forum, because not only are threads like these unnecessary, but they create undue panic with titles like "Full Tilt Not Allowing Deposits?"

Of coarse full tilt is allowing deposits.

EDIT: I've asked this thread to be merged with the allaccess/ pre paid gift card thread so that you can join in and get all the info you need.

There are many other ways to deposit. You can email them or call full tilt at 1 888 tilt pay for deposit related inquiries.

For ****'s sake, I have the damn shakes right now because I can't have my tilt time. When I am unable to deposit, I go primal and I have extreme tunnel vision until I can play on my beloved tilt. Give me a break for once.

What exactly is your definition of adult? Most people have their own personal definitions of the term and I don't think I would meet most of them except for the United States Government's definition of someone having been on the planet for 18 years or more.

I realize sock drawers are not FDIC insured but what about really clever, cool, unusual places?

I'm actually hoping there's about a million people over the next week that all experience what you did - and I hope that it makes them angry. I hope that the anger makes you vocal, so that you speak up to your representatives and senators and tell them that you have a right to play poker, and that they violated and took away your rights.

Let today be the catalyst that finally wakes America up, and drives the changes we need to get online poker regulated in this country so that there's never a question in the reliability in our next deposit or withdrawal.

Just my .02.

Just so you know, my comment wasn't meant to be personal, I've been spewing this stuff for like two days non stop now

Just trying to help people man, I love this game too and want to see it continue.

I tried on a whim with my bank account to test...it worked with E-check but the strange thing was it said "processing for 5 minutes" and then I received an email that said it would be 24-48 hours. It was approved after 5 minutes and it was usually instant.

lol, +1 for a creative response.

By adult I meant 18+. I don't agree with the government's arbitrary number, but it is standard. I just don't see how an individual 18+ can get by without a bank account unless they are living at home.

Many employers don't even issue paper checks anymore. How do you get paid without an account for direct deposit? How do you apply for a mortgage, or sign a rental lease without a bank account? How do you book a reservation, rent a car, pay utility bills, deposit on Full Tilt, get gas in the middle of the night, etc.?

It may be possible to do some of those without a bank account, but not without extra costs, added risks, and wasted time. Just open an account and make life easy for yourself.

Add me to the list of people Netspend Visa is no longer working for on Stars.

This is some BS!!!!!!!! I just reloaded my card tonight and get home to make a deposit and it's declining me over and over. I go to the Netspend site, I see a banner saying Internet Gaming is now illegal under the Unlawful Gaming Act.

Why is this JUST now happening? Has something changed in the bill recently to make them just wake up and decided to stop allowing gaming transactions???

PS

I dont know when this started but I last used Netspend to deposit 2 days ago

I think we should march with Laptops, and play Poker on the Steps of Congress.

Stars doesn't miscode gambling transactions. Apparently Netspend is only now blocking correctly coded gambling transactions. Whether Netspend works on other poker sites that are better at processing credit card deposits is the more interesting question.

When sites use third party processors for their deposits then almost any card will work.

EVERY site uses third party processors for their deposits... are you suggesting some are part of the VISA/Mastercard card schemes themselves?

I was under the impression that they didn't. Maybe it is more to do with mis coding. I just know that when I've deposited straight through, with a known accepted card, it been charged to Fulltiltpoker.com, Dublin, Ireland. (That is not exact) and when I'm using, say, my bank card witch restricts deposits it will be charged to "usapaytoday.com" (made up again, obv)

The latest example would have shell websites and all. The first example wouldn't, and you could get direct support from the charge's information that was included.

Either way, weather it's coding or not it sounds like arguing semantics. My point was when they "mis code" if that's exactly what they are doing and not using a different processor all together, then almost any card will work, including your debt card from your bank.
06-02-2010 , 08:36 AM
In an attempt to be more clear, the netspend visa were being accepted without mis coding. If they are accepted now, then other cards would be as well. This is why so many people used to get mixed information on what card was working and what card was not. Netspend has always worked, others would be spotty, but they never would would unless the transaction was mis coded (I guess that's just better, or more correct to say, then "third party processors")

The fact that other cards would work sometimes, lead people to believe that they worked but then later they wouldn't.

I was specifically wondering if the AllAccess Visa Gift Cards still work at Stars or not? I know they are under the same company Netspend. They typically sell them around here in $25 with a 3.95 service fee or the much better deal of $50 with 4.95 fee. I really don't want to go waste money on it if its not going to work but they were working last week but obviously things have changed. Just wondering if anyone has tried them and if they worked? Thanks.

Have anybody also tried there allaccess card on bodog?
