We are running a Tournament Leaderboard and a Raked Hands Leaderboard.
I think you will like the prizes.

Hurray for the leaderboards!! The leaderboard page is pretty precise. After reading it at least twice I do have some questions and suggestions. Big surprise eh?
The leaderboard page link you provided presents two leaderboards: a tourney leaderboard and a raked hand leaderboard. Do we get tourney points for playing in a sit n go, a satellite tourney (free or otherwise) or anything other than a regular tourney?
How about reducing the minimum players needed for tourneys from 10 to 4, at least until traffic increases? I think this will get more players involved in tourneys. How about some Omaha hilo tourneys? How about fixing the glitch that keeps you from being taken to the tournament table if the tournament registration/information window is not open?
These events we can qualify for are very cool and innovative. What is interesting, and perhaps unique, is that winning a tournament leaderboard or a raked hand leaderboard does not guarantee that you will win any cash. You can win the leaderboards, lose in the events you qualify for and get nothing. The way most sites do leaderboards the winners are guaranteed something of value. If there are no guaranteed prizes for the leaderboards then it looks a lot less desirable to grind your butt off all month.
From what I see, getting first in a leaderboard is no better than getting tenth place except perhaps in qualifying for the seeded tourney. The seeded heads up freeroll is interesting and innovative. I’m happy to see it as a perk for the raked hands leaderboard since I am doing better there than in the tournament leaderboard. However, seeding in an event is usually based on skills or past success. This would make more sense if it is used to represent success in the
tourney leaderboard. A big loser can do well in a raked hand leaderboard, so success on that leaderboard does not represent skill or past success.
The Bonus page linked to the home page of the website shows this:
Leader Board Position
1st Place 100
2nd Place 75
3rd Place 50
4th Place 25
5th Place 10
Is this a third leaderboard? Are these cash prizes or just additional points awarded? If not for cash, what are these points good for? Incidentally, I noticed that the poker pros points on this page are calculated differently from the way the raked hands leaderboard points are calculated.
