I cashed in 2 of the freerolls and didn't receive the prize also, just the direct player refund. I contacted Grosvenor and they said they are looking into it already and seems like it happened to lots of players.

For those that havn't recieved prizes what room were you playing on?

But also, anyone else think that money from stuck registrations has not been returned, correctly.

Sharkscope also shows that I never got in it. As highlighted, the only 22 buy in was -King Tusk. Sharkscope screen is from, today.

Apparently 32Red will not move to any other network and close their poker room entirely.

I kept my money in the account because I thought it will be transferred to the next network.. Now I cannot login poker client to withdraw my balance.

Anyone has the same problem?

I know this might sound advanced, but you might try to log into 32red website.

thank you, it will not work..unlike other sites, poker balance and casino/betting balance are not interchangeable.poker funds can be accessed only through poker client.

Grosvenor for me as well. Support acknowledged how much I should have received and that it was not in my account but have yet to rectify.
