I think some skins do their own thing. 32Red lets me set any location in the client, Betsafe always uses my real town.

You should be able to contact your skins support and ask your location to be changed to "Anywhere".

Just to clarify, how are you launching the software? If you're launching it from the Betsafe website, either on your mobile or by clicking 'Instant Play Poker' then this is the expected behaviour. You're already logged into Betsafe and so don't need to log in again.

If this is happening in the download client, then please could you send your log files (as per the first post in this thread) to Betsafe's support team? We will need to investigate this.

At the moment, you need v8465 or earlier of HEM to import the file. (You can use more recent versions to do everything other than import).

Your poker room can do this, it's routine. If they are refusing, please ask them to escalate the case to us via Microgaming Assist.

No, although this is planned for the new client.

You can change every 1,000 hands or 30 days, whichever comes first. There is no cap on the total number of times you can change.

Sometimes when i enter a table instead of waiting for the big blind before i play sometimes the software auto-posts my blind without waiting until I'm big blind. Obliviously this shouldn't be happening.

This is not a bug...You have to request this in advance before you sit at the table....It is located in the settings. Hope that helps.....

that's the thing though I have. Most of the time it works but sometimes it bugs out and doesn't - happens like 3-4 times a day randomly.

However , I dont think microgaming assist understood my request.They told me to change my picture avatar in the client???? What I meant by my request is that I didnt want a picture avatar at all.....It puts me at a disadvantage if everyone knows that im the guy with a picture...I know its probably a miscommunication, but is there anyway you can help????? I dont really want to bug microgaming assist again especially if its just a miscommunication.

Really well laid out tournament series. Love the leaderboards, guarantees, and that you've put some omaha events in there. The only negatives in my opinion are the majority of rebuys over freezeouts, should be the other way around, and the timing (competing with WCOOP).

I've been playing a bunch of different sites lately, mpn really need to improve the software. Basically increase all relevant font sizes - total pot, stack sizes, bet sizes, button text etc. It might work as a phone app but on desktop it's enough to turn me off the network. It's a shame because it's a network I want to support.

Regarding "the majority of rebuys over freezeouts", while the number of non-freezeouts outweigh the number of freezeouts (52 vs 42), many of the non-freezeouts either just allow 1 rebuy (known as a Booster) or are 1R/1As. Freezeouts have a slightly larger overall guarantee than non-freezeouts for the series. A breakdown from this series:

Freezeouts: 42
1R or 1R1A: 18
Unlimited Rebuys: 34

Hopefully these numbers are more in line with what players are looking for. If it doesn't for you, what ratio would you like to see - either in x:y or x:y:z?

+1 for more freezouts, im just much bigger fan of them than the rebuys
Maybe something like this:

Freezeouts: 62
1R or 1R1A: 12
Unlimited Rebuys: 20

Something like this would look great to me as well. Or maybe just replace almost all of the unlimited rebuy events with 1R1A. But again, awesome tournament series, I think you guys are making great strides forward on this site. Bringing back full HHs is something I really think is smart as well.

Just for feedback, I'm a cash game player and I've filtered only for UCOP freezeouts and freezeout satellites, the rebuys don't interest me at all.

Huge -1 for less rebuys as there should be even more. MPN best part is rebuys, freezeouts are okay but should have far fewer KOs in my opinion.

Would skip the whole series if there would be less rebuys. And I know lots of people who would do the same.

E: It's also nasty that so many regular rebuy tournament is away due to UCOPs. I think there's not many extra rebuys really, as for instance daily 22+r is effective Mosh Pit with a bit higher guaranteed.
